Who is an administrator of IDC Portal?
Portal is administrate by Letiště Praha, a.s. (Prague Airport), Security administration office. 
What is a purpose of IDC Portal?
IDC Portal is an IT solution of application for airport ID card, Vehicle access card and other cards issue by Prague Airport. 
Who can use this Portal?
Authorizated person(s) appointed by each company has/have login into IDC Portal.
What to do if I would like to use IDC Portal but I am not an Authorized person.
You need to contact Security administration office and follow instructions in Guide for authorized person. 
I am an Authorized person and I do not know what it meants or I do not want to be an Authorized person anymore.
Contact Security administration office immediately and follow instructions in Guide for authorized person(s).
I am an Authorized person but I am not able to log in.
If you are sure that you are using correct login and password, contact Security administration office.
Can I use paper form ID card application?
No. Prague Airport is following its economical and ecological targets. Prague Airport wants to limit unnecessary using paper as much as possible.
What I should to do if I need ID card but I am not an Authorized person.
In this case, you need contact an Authorized person appointed by your employer. 
For which kind of cards is possible to apply via IDC Portal.
It is necessary to use IDC Portal for applying for all kind of cards. 
How can I know which kind of cards I can apply for?
Via Portal you can fill in only applications that you are authorized for. 
What are there processing differences between old paper form and new IDC Portal?
IDC Portal is easier and faster way how to apply for ID card. Mistakes in applications can be solve online and direct with Authorized person. Waiting time in Security administration office is shorter because employee will recieve an invitation when ID car is ready to collect. 
Which documents is needed for ID card issue?
ID card need to be apply via Authorized person appointed by your employer. In Security administration office it is need to bring ÚCL (Civil Aviation Authority) Background check, Security training certificate and your ID card (czech citizens) or passport. 
Foreign states citizens can use only passports.  
 
What is a Certificate of security training and how I can get it?

What is a Background check certificate and how I can get it?
Background check certificate is issued by Úřad pro civilní letectví (Civil Aviation Authority). For more information, please visit Civil Aviation Authority in Helpful links.
Which identity documents can be use in application for ID card?
Czech citizens can use ID card or passport. Non-czech citizens can use only passports. 
Is possible to use Temporary Identification Certificate or Resident permit card?
It is not possible to use Temporary identification certificate (e.g. in case of loss). Foreign state citizen cannot to use Resident permit card.
How I get information that ID card is ready to collect?
Authorized person will recieve Security administration office statement and instructions. 
Where is Security administration office?
Security administration office is located between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in second floor. Opening hours are every business day 7:00 - 14:30. More information find in "Contact".
What are there payment options for ID card issue?
Security administration office accept cash or credit cards. Payments are accepting only Czech Crowns (CZK), euros (€) or other foreign currencies are not accepts. 
What to do if IDC Portal is out of service?
Please contact Security administration office. 
What to do if I lost my ID card?
Lost of your ID card must be immediately report to Security Dispatching (phone: 220 11 1000) or to Airport Security office located next to Staff entry no. 21 (next to KFC restaurant between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). There must be fill in new ID card applicaton by Authorized person. New ID card will be ready to collect in Security administration office. There is need to bring identification document (ID card or passport).
